Role Objective
To support the development of AI governance frameworks and structured procurement intelligence by converting complex legal, regulatory, and contractual information into clear, structured, actionable documentation aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
AI Governance Support
- Summarize and structure regulatory documents (DPDP Act, GDPR, PDPL, etc.)
- Develop risk matrices and compliance control tables
- Assist in preparing AI governance frameworks and documentation
- Track regulatory updates and maintain structured monitoring reports
Procurement Intelligence Support
- Extract structured data from tender documents (NIT, RFP, contracts)
- Build standardized documentation templates
- Organize and maintain procurement data repositories
- Support preparation of analytical summaries and market intelligence notes
Documentation & Systems
- Maintain strict version control and document discipline
- Prepare clean, concise written outputs (1–5 page structured briefs)
- Support development of internal governance and compliance templates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Law, Computer Science, Commerce, Engineering, or related field)
- 2–3 years experience in analytical, documentation, audit, legal research, IT, or governance-related roles preferred
- Exceptional fresh graduates with strong analytical and writing skills may apply

Role Objective
To build and ship working software — MVPs, AI-integrated features, and web platforms — for real clients, while developing the technical judgment and communication skills to eventually lead projects and mentor future team members.
Key Responsibilities
Development
- Build and ship features across React/Node.js, Flask/Python, or WordPress/WooCommerce, depending on your strength
- Write clean, maintainable code and follow team coding standards
- Work directly on live client projects sourced through Upwork and direct outreach
Client & Team Communication
- Explain your own work clearly, in plain English, to teammates and clients alike
- Participate in daily standups — report progress, blockers, and ideas without prompting
- Contribute to client discussions as your experience grows
Technology Awareness
- Maintain working familiarity with current, relevant tools — AI/LLM integration, automation platforms like n8n, Voiceflow, and Vapi, and modern frameworks — even outside your core specialization
- Stay willing to learn tools you haven't used before; we will train you on the specifics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or demonstrated equivalent ability through projects, freelance work, or self-study
- Solid understanding of at least one of: React/Node.js, Flask/Python, WordPress/WooCommerce
- Exceptional freshers with strong fundamentals and a genuine project portfolio are encouraged to apply

Developers who consistently demonstrate strong technical judgment, take ownership beyond assigned tasks, and communicate well with clients will be considered first for expanded responsibility — including mentoring newer hires and leading client-facing conversations — as the team grows.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will complete a short, real-world technical task (2–3 hours) relevant to their strongest stack, followed by a technical interview and a brief culture-fit conversation.
